Job Description

For our Power Conversion (PC) organization, we’re looking for an Account Manager who takes ownership and serves as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will drive structure, ensure effective follow-up, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of commercial topics. As our customer portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious Account Managers who can help build strong partnerships and drive sustainable business growth. About About the role As an Account Manager, you are responsible for driving profitable growth within a portfolio of strategic customers. You translate customer roadmaps into business opportunities and ensure strong alignment between customer expectations and Prodrive's development and manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities You work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to develop long-term partnerships, expand business opportunities, and successfully manage complex commercial discussions. Your key responsibilities are: Develop and execute Customer Account Plans aligned with business objectives. Grow existing customer relationships and increase share of wallet. Identify and realize profitable business opportunities. Lead commercial discussions regarding pricing and contractual agreements. Build relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer execution. Resolve commercial and operational challenges independently. Monitor account performance and provide structured business updates. Drive customer retention and long-term partnership development. Experience in embedded computing, electronics, power electronics, or similar industries is preferred. Strong understanding of product and project cost structures. Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships. Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of contracts and pricing models. Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, develop account plans, and grow profitable business by identifying opportunities and increasing share of wallet. Lead commercial discussions and coordinate internal teams to deliver customer commitments, resolve challenges, monitor account performance, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or commercial field and at least seven years of account management experience in manufacturing. Candidates should bring strategic customer relationship experience, strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills, knowledge of cost structures, contracts, and pricing models, and preferably experience in embedded computing, electronics, or power electronics.
