The next ride starts here: As a Talent Acquisition intern you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team; the team responsible for Recruiting employees, employee experience, and performance management. How you pedal us forward: Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring; Assisting with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases; Screening applications and coordinating interview processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates; Contributing to talent engagement initiatives, including intern programs and candidate experience activities; Contributing ideas to improve recruitment strategies, tools, and processes; Supporting the transition and optimization of recruitment tools and people-related platforms to enhance user experience; Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements and attract top talent; The gear you need: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Available to work full-time (40 hours); Available to work for a period of 6 months; Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; Proactive, creative, and comfortable thinking outside the box to attract and engage talent; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Living in the Amsterdam area or willing to commute (please note that Swapfiets does not offer travel compensation for interns); Affinity and/or experience with Recruitment or Talent acquisition is a plus; Eager to learn, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment! Core Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Contribute to talent engagement and candidate experience initiatives, improve recruitment processes and tools, and partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements.

Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and be available full-time for six months. Strong organizational and planning skills, fluent English, a proactive approach, and the ability to commute to the Amsterdam area are required; recruitment experience is a plus.
