What's 'In-Store'? - Role Overview As a Customer Fulfilment Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting the order-to-delivery process for some of Europe's leading retail customers. Working as part of our European Supply Chain team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive an excellent service experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administration, sales support, logistics, or order management who is looking to grow their career within an international business. You'll gain exposure to customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, and stakeholder management while learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive team environment. We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Occasional flexibility may be required during month-end and quarter-end periods. Language Requirements Fluent English and Dutch. Professional working proficiency in either German or French. You Will Be Responsibile For Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems. Support customers and business partners with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and contracts. Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to monitor deliveries and resolve issues. Investigate billing queries and partner with Finance to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and audit activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, administration, sales support, order management, logistics, or a similar operational role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Core Responsibilities

Process customer orders and respond to enquiries about orders, deliveries, and contracts, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to monitor deliveries and resolve issues. Maintain accurate documentation and support forecasting, reporting, budgeting, audits, and process improvements.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, administration, sales support, order management, logistics, or a similar operational role is sought, along with strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, and customer focus. Applicants should be confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, able to manage competing priorities, and fluent in English and Dutch with professional working proficiency in either German or French.
