As a NATO DIANA 2025 innovator, we operate as a dual-use company, building ultra-resilient, secure and resource-efficient 5G networks for both industrial and tactical applications. Our patented Liquid RAN technology represents a new generation of open, disaggregated radio access designed for exceptional reliability, flexibility, and resource efficiency. It enables rapid restoration and redeployment of base stations, even in volatile or degraded environments. We value creative problem-solvers, unconventional thinkers and deep domain experts who thrive in demanding scenarios. How We Work Loyalty & team spirit — we have each other's backs, always. Sincerity & openness — we say what we think, even when it's uncomfortable. Courage & ambition — we take positions, defend them, and aim high. "How can I help?" attitude — we help because we want to, not because we have to. Out of the comfort zone — we build things that haven't been built before. That's the point. Zero-latency — we act. No waiting, no procrastinating, no excuses.

Core Responsibilities

Contribute to RAN-focused 5G/6G research projects by designing and validating algorithms and architectures, and developing related simulations or prototypes. Take responsibility for selected EU project tasks and contribute to reports, research papers, and patents.

Requirements

A master's degree or higher in electrical, electronics, computer, or telecommunications engineering is required, along with strong 5G network architecture knowledge and experience developing L2/L3 algorithms. Candidates should have system-level simulation or prototyping experience, Python or MATLAB scripting skills, good English, and an understanding of 6G research trends; O-RAN knowledge and telecommunications industry experience are advantageous.
