You have the opportunity to be part of the Sinoboom family. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on HR Operations & Office Administration Intern to support our European team. This is a broad and practical internship combining HR operations and office administration. You will support the employee lifecycle while also helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office. If you enjoy working with people, organizing things, solving practical problems, and taking ownership of your work, this internship will give you exposure to how both HR and office operations function in an international and fast-growing company. You will work closely with the HR team and other colleagues across the business, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to a professional and positive workplace. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Support day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of documents, equipment coordination and practical arrangements. Support attendance, leave and other HR data administration. Assist with preparing HR documents, letters, templates and internal communications. Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination when required. Help maintain and improve HR files, trackers, databases and reporting. Support the mapping, improvement and standardization of HR processes. Assist the HR team with employee activities, training coordination and other HR projects. Handle employee and company information with appropriate confidentiality. Office Administration Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and provide general administrative assistance. Coordinate office supplies, stationery and other workplace requirements. Support meeting room preparation, visitor arrangements and internal meetings. Assist with business travel arrangements, accommodation and other practical coordination when required. Support the organization of company events, team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers for routine office requirements. Assist with incoming/outgoing documents, post, deliveries and general office correspondence. Support invoice and expense administration by collecting and organizing relevant documentation for internal processing. Proactively identify opportunities to make HR and office administration more efficient and organized. Who We Are Looking For Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, International Business or a related field. Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. Comfortable handling both people-related HR tasks and practical office administration. Willing to take ownership rather than waiting for every task to be assigned. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English; Chinese language skill is an advantage. Available full-time for at least 5–6 months. What We Offer Practical exposure to the full employee lifecycle and 360° HR operations. Core Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and process improvement. Help run office operations by coordinating supplies, meetings, travel, events, suppliers, correspondence, and expense documentation.

Requirements

Applicants should be studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, International Business, or a related field, and be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, fluency in English, and availability for at least five to six months full-time are required; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
