For this position, we’re looking for a passionate team player to drive the end-to-end asset production for high-impact media campaigns for Beauty& Oral Care categories —including digital, TVC, and OOH—across 10 dynamic markets in the CEE region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring every campaign launch is seamless, compelling, and true to Dyson’s innovation-driven storytelling. About The Role As Intern in the CEE Marketing team, you will: Work within the marketing function, reporting to the Senior Category managers for Beauty and Oral Care . Be in charge of producing assets for all the marketing campaigns that are running in the region (TV/Digital/OOH – in different languages). Be the main point of contract with our creative agency (Hogarth), you will brief the assets to them, and ensure timely delivery. You will manage the asset tracker, informing all stakeholders of the milestones and blockers/ eventual delays. You will be responsible for managing the backlog of all asset requests and prioritising basis the business objectives You will work with the media team to ensure smooth transition and delivery of assets for timely campaigns – BAU and tactical You will be responsible for small asset edits using photoshop or equivalent tools You will additionally liase with our external partners in the markets to: Send then needed marketing material and product information sheets Gather material about main competitors in the CEE markets and their activities About You To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Interest in digital media and curiosity towards upcoming trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop would be a plus. Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: Czech/Romanian/Greek/Hebrew/Russian. Dyson is an equal opportunity employer. Core Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate campaign assets for Beauty and Oral Care across the CEE region, working with the creative agency, media team, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Track milestones and blockers, prioritize asset requests, make small edits, and support market partners with marketing materials and competitor information.
Requirements
The role calls for an interest in digital media and emerging trends, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, Photoshop is a plus, and English fluency at B2 level or higher is essential; fluency in Czech, Romanian, Greek, Hebrew, or Russian is an advantage.
