Job Description

Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van de organisatie en ondersteun je het management bij het realiseren van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je levert financiële analyses, forecasts en managementrapportages en bent een sparringpartner voor management, sales, operations en service.


Dit zijn jouw kerntaken:


• Coördineren van budget-, forecast- en meerjarenplanningsprocessen

• Analyseren van omzet, marges, kosten, cashflow en werkkapitaal

• Bewaken van project-, service- en bedrijfsresultaten

• Controle op inkoop- en verkoopprocessen

• Ondersteunen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen

• Coördineren van de jaarlijkse accountantscontrole

• Opstellen en verbeteren van managementrapportages en dashboards

• Ondersteunen van sales bij commerciële, contractuele en financiële vraagstukken

• Verbeteren van financiële processen, rapportages en datakwaliteit


Jouw profiel:


• HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar

• Aantoonbare ervaring in financiële controlling, rapportage, budgettering, forecasting en financiële analyse

• Ervaring binnen een technische, projectmatige of industriële omgeving.

• Uitstekende kennis van Excel

• (Ruime) ervaring met SAP is een pré

• Analytisch sterk, proactief en resultaatgericht

• Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden

• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

The Business Controller is responsible for the financial control of the organization and supports management in achieving business objectives. Key tasks include coordinating planning processes, analyzing financial performance, and improving reporting dashboards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor or master degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy. Proven experience in financial controlling within a technical or industrial environment is required, along with strong Excel skills.
