Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Sales Support Specialist that will manage key account customer communication, assist with market development, coordinate orders and return communication (i.e. phone calls, email, etc.) to potential key accounts. The general market encompasses the automotive aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises and independent professional installers as well as new car stores.The Sales Support Specialist works closely with the Sales Manager and the Sales team, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Technical Services to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of strategic growth initiatives.
Core Duties
· Communicating with key accounts to support their ongoing business
· Support the onboarding process of new customers in XPEL systems
· Ensure customer accounts, pricing structures, and program requirements are correctly established.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
· Researching, analyzing, and qualifying leads
· Keeping up with product and service information and updates
· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
· Staying informed about competing products and services.
Basic Qualifications
· MBO+/HBO level diploma
· Minimum of 4 years experience in a related account management position in the automotive industry
· Knowledge of PPF, coatings, and window tint products and services is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot
· Experience with ERP systems, preferrable NetSuite
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
· Exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation
52.000 - 58.000 Euro Annual
This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on KPI's.
