📊 Real impact – We help doctors help patients. Your work truly makes a difference.

📈 At scale, yet agile – 3,000+ employees, but still fast, flexible, and hands-on.

✨ Shape the future, sustain growth – Make a difference now and build for long-term success.

Job Description

Docplanner's Paid Marketing team - a B2B function focused on acquiring doctors and clinics - is looking for a Senior Specialist in Creative Strategy & Performance to own the full creative lifecycle for paid media: from strategy and briefing, through asset production management, to performance intelligence and testing. This is a hybrid strategist/operator role - half creative thinking, half process and data discipline.

You'll be the bridge between performance data and creative output - turning what's working (and what isn't) across our nine markets into sharper briefs, faster production cycles, and a continuously improving testing roadmap.

We are looking for a person with a Performance Marketing background that has hands-on experience in campaigns management and targets delivery. If you are a performance marketer who loves testing and can turn insights into repeatable creative performance, read on!

How will you make an impact?

Creative Strategy

  • Define the creative strategy and testing roadmap for paid campaigns across all markets and ad platforms, aligned with performance goals

  • Translate campaign objectives and audience insights into clear, actionable briefs

  • Partner with local market teams to adapt global creative direction to local nuances - language, culture, and regulatory requirements

Asset Preparation & Coordination

  • Own the end-to-end production workflow: brief - content and design coordination - review - localization - trafficking

  • Coordinate with in-house designers and freelancers to keep timelines predictable

  • Build and maintain a repeatable process - briefing templates, naming conventions, approval workflows - to reduce bottlenecks and rework

Creative Intelligence & Testing

  • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across Meta and other paid channels, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test cadence

  • Build creative performance reporting (Meta Ads, Tableau, Amplitude) that identifies which elements - format, hook, messaging, visual style - drive results

  • Maintain a creative intelligence repository documenting what's worked, by market and format, to inform future briefs

Tracking & Measurement

  • Ensure creative-level tracking is implemented and tagged correctly, in partnership with the tracking/tech team, so performance can be attributed accurately

  • Monitor creative fatigue and flag refresh cycles proactively, before performance declines

Team Flexibility

  • Step into hands-on campaign management when needed - covering colleagues' absences or supporting new market initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record in creative strategy, or a media buying background with hands-on experience in paid social creative (Meta Ads required; TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, or Bing a plus)

  • Hands-on experience in paid media performance, including campaign set-up and management - able to step into hands-on campaign management when team capacity is stretched

  • Demonstrated experience managing creative production across multiple stakeholders - designers, agencies, local teams - at scale

  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling and interpreting creative performance data independently, not relying on assumptions

  • Experience designing and running structured creative tests, not ad hoc experimentation

  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills - this role touches Paid Ads, Design, Local Marketing, and Data Analytics teams

  • Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus given our market footprint

  • Comfortable operating across multiple markets and cultures simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Amplitude, Tableau, or HubSpot or Creative Intelligence tools

  • Experience with creative automation or dynamic creative optimization (DCO) tools

  • Background in healthcare, marketplace, or subscription business models

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process

We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):

1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner, to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.

2️⃣TestGorilla – (SHL numerical reasoning assessment).

3️⃣Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper conversation about your background, aspirations, and experience with the hiring manager and your potential manager in this role. Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.

4️⃣Business Case – A take-home exercise incl. a few days' preparation time, designed to understand how you approach real-life problems. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with the hiring manager and the team to discuss your thoughts and findings.

5️⃣ Additional/ Final Interview (Optional) – A final conversation with another senior leader from our Global Team.

6️⃣ References & Offer!
