Voor een internationaal actieve, ondernemende organisatie gevestigd in Zuid Nederland, zoeken wij een HR Directeur. In deze rol geef je richting aan de HR-agenda en help je de organisatie verder te groeien. Je versterkt leiderschap en talentontwikkeling en bouwt aan HR-processen die op meerdere locaties werken, met behoud van de pragmatische en commerciële cultuur.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ruime ervaring als HR Directeur of senior HR-leider in een commerciële organisatie.
- Ervaring met HR in een internationale omgeving met meerdere vestigingen en culturen.
- Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschapsontwikkeling en verandering.
- Brede HR-kennis, met bijzondere aandacht voor talentmanagement en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
- Een praktische stijl: je brengt structuur aan en blijft wendbaar waar de business daarom vraagt.

Core Responsibilities
The HR Director will lead the HR agenda and drive organizational growth while strengthening leadership and talent development. They are responsible for building scalable HR processes across multiple locations while maintaining a pragmatic and commercial culture.
Requirements
Candidates must have extensive experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader within a commercial, international organization. A proven track record in organizational development, change management, and talent management is required.
