We offer:
Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie op het snijvlak van commercie, administratie, techniek en service. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers, klanten, leveranciers en keuringspartners en hebt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te coördineren, prioriteiten te stellen en het volledige orderproces van begin tot eind te bewaken.
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Je stelt offertes op, bespreekt aanpassingen met de klant en verzorgt na opdracht de orderbevestiging.
- Je verwerkt orders in SAP en bestelt materialen bij leveranciers of de fabriek.
- Je coördineert montage, levering en de inzet van benodigd rollend materieel.
- Je stemt planning en voorwaarden af met betrokken partijen en houdt de klant actief op de hoogte.
- Je verzorgt de facturatie, verwerkt de montage op basis van nacalculatie en sluit orders financieel correct af.
- Je vraagt waar nodig de eindrapportage op bij de keuringspartner en deelt deze met de klant.
- Je ondersteunt accountmanagers met informatie over klanten, producten en lopende offerte- en ordertrajecten.
- Je beantwoordt klantvragen telefonisch, lost problemen zorgvuldig op en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers.
- Je beschikt over mbo-werk- en -denkniveau en hebt kennis van commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift; kennis van het Duits is een pre.
- Je hebt affiniteit met commercie en techniek en kunt goed werken met gangbare kantoorapplicaties.
- Je bent analytisch, accuraat, flexibel, stressbestendig, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
Core Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end order process, from preparing quotes and processing orders in SAP to coordinating assembly and invoicing. Additionally, you will provide support to account managers and maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
You possess an MBO-level education with a strong background in commercial and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with analytical skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
