Job Description
Om strategisch en operationeel goed te kunnen sturen, wil IHC Piping haar performance managementstructuur verder professionaliseren. In deze afstudeeropdracht ontwerp jij een samenhangende KPI-structuur die management en operatie ondersteunt in besluitvorming en continue verbetering.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Analyseren van bestaande KPI’s en rapportages.
Bepalen van benodigde stuurinformatie per organisatieniveau.
Ontwerpen van een consistente KPI-structuur (strategisch ↔ operationeel).
Definiëren van KPI’s inclusief definities, datastromen en eigenaarschap.
Voorstellen doen voor visuele en digitale ontsluiting van KPI’s.
Afstemming met management, operatie en ondersteunende afdelingen.
Wij vragen
Je zit in jaar 3 of 4 van een HBO- of WO-student Technische Bedrijfskunde, Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of BIM.
Interesse in performance management, data en organisatiebesturing.
Gestructureerd, analytisch en communicatief sterk.
Affiniteit met procesverbetering en digitalisering.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Core Responsibilities
The intern will design a cohesive KPI structure to support management decision-making and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include analyzing existing reports, defining data flows, and aligning performance metrics across organizational levels.
Requirements
Candidates must be 3rd or 4th-year students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or BIM. Strong analytical skills, interest in performance management, and proficiency in Dutch and English are required.
