- ServiceNow SecOps-oplossingen ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren, met een focus op Vulnerability Response (VR) en Security Incident Response (SIR).
- Processen, workflows, automatiseringen en dataflows binnen het ServiceNow SecOps-platform definiëren en implementeren.
- Bedrijfsvereisten verzamelen en vertalen naar technische ontwerpen, user stories en ontwikkeltaken.
- ServiceNow-componenten ontwikkelen en configureren, waaronder Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Actions, ACL's en JavaScript/Glide-scripting.
- Integraties bouwen en ondersteunen met externe vulnerability scanning- en securitytools.
- Samenwerken met security-, IT-architectuur-, operations- en platformteams tijdens implementatie en testen.
- Implementatieplannen opstellen en zorgen voor een succesvolle uitrol van SecOps-functionaliteiten.
- 8+ jaar ervaring in de IT, met sterke expertise in ServiceNow Development.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met ServiceNow SecOps, inclusief Vulnerability Response (VR) en Security Incident Response (SIR).
- Uitgebreide praktijkervaring met JavaScript (Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Actions en ACL's.
- Ervaring met het verzamelen van requirements, het schrijven van user stories en het opstellen van functionele en technische ontwerpen.
- Kennis van het integreren van ServiceNow met externe security- en vulnerability management-oplossingen.
- Ervaring met werken in Agile-omgevingen en samenwerking met multidisciplinaire teams.
- ServiceNow SecOps-certificeringen zijn een pré.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; beheersing van het Nederlands is een pré.
- Bedrijfsvereisten te analyseren en deze te vertalen naar schaalbare ServiceNow SecOps-oplossingen.
- Workflows, automatiseringen en securityprocessen efficiënt te ontwerpen en implementeren.
- Veilige integraties met externe securityplatformen te ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
- Prioriteiten te stellen, zelfstandig te werken en meerdere werkzaamheden effectief te beheren.
- Stakeholderworkshops te begeleiden en requirements op te halen.
- Samen te werken met technische en businessteams om hoogwaardige oplossingen op te leveren.
- Testen, implementaties en de continue verbetering van ServiceNow SecOps-oplossingen te ondersteunen.
- De mogelijkheid om te werken aan grootschalige ServiceNow SecOps-implementaties.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van Vulnerability Response- en Security Incident Response-oplossingen.
- Een samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving met security-, architectuur- en platformengineeringteams.
