Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Thanks to rapid, continued growth, we're looking for your creative input. Will you help us grow online too? About The Role As Marketer, you focus on bringing our products to market. You get to know our products' features and present them to existing and potential customers as effectively and consistently as possible. You come up with, create and publish content such as photos, videos and articles. You work with the sales team to decide on topics and content needs, and your proactive input is key here. Our R&D team also keeps you up to date on new technical developments that are ready to share publicly. Your work covers both online and offline marketing, since offline channels still matter a lot in our industry. DSPA has everything in-house to set you up with thorough product knowledge. Your personal drive and ambition will determine your success. Your Responsibilities Together with the team, you're responsible for: Strategy and planning Writing the marketing plan (for one or more channels) or defining the marketing strategy Creating the marketing schedule and budgets Setting up, coordinating, optimising and reporting on marketing campaigns and related activities Brand and product Building brand awareness and visibility among our target audience and customers Supporting the further development of products and services based on marketing insights Supporting the further development of our brand identity, visual style and what sets us apart Managing printed materials, company clothing and similar items Managing and supporting partners on marketing work Online Managing and optimising the website and creating content for it Analysing and reporting on online traffic Setting up and optimising our social media channels Trade shows and advertising Preparing for international trade shows Working with stand builders on stand design Sending customers news and updates about trade shows Placing ads in trade magazines What We're Looking For A bachelor's degree or equivalent level A creative, proactive attitude Strong communication skills You speak several languages An interest in technology and industry Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus What We Offer A competitive salary A good workplace with all the tools and resources you need A challenging role with lots of freedom A fast-growing organisation with short lines of communication A pleasant working environment with committed colleagues About DSPA DSPA develops, manufactures, supplies and installs innovative, environmentally friendly aerosol and nitrogen fire suppression systems. Core Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies and plans, create and publish content, and coordinate, optimize, and report on campaigns across online and offline channels. Build brand and product visibility, manage the website and social media, support marketing partners, and prepare for international trade shows and advertising.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with a creative, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to speak several languages. An interest in technology and industry is expected; knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
