Quality & Regulatory Manager Vital20 | Go-Keto | Swiss Point of Care Leimuiden | Full-time Help build Quality within a growing international organisation Do you have several years of experience in Quality or Regulatory, for example within food, food supplements, private label, FMCG, retail or consumer healthcare, and are you ready for a broader role with more responsibility? At Vital20, you will become the internal owner of our Quality, Regulatory and Compliance processes. You will make sure that products, documentation, registrations and quality systems are not only correct, but also properly followed up and completed. We are not looking for a senior Quality Director or a purely theoretical Regulatory specialist. We are looking for someone who is accurate and structured, but above all practical, hands-on and able to take ownership. About Vital20 Vital20 operates across food, supplements, preventive health and medical diagnostics, including through the Go-Keto and Swiss Point of Care brands. We develop and sell products across several European markets and work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, external specialists and international partners. We are a small and dynamic team with short communication lines, a high level of personal responsibility and plenty of room to move quickly. As we continue to grow, Quality & Regulatory is becoming increasingly important. We are therefore bringing the day-to-day ownership of these processes firmly in-house. What will you do? As Quality & Regulatory Manager, you will ensure that our products and processes remain complete, up to date and compliant. Your Responsibilities Will Include managing product and supplier files, specifications and certificates; reviewing and approving labels, claims and packaging; coordinating product registrations and notifications across European markets; ensuring Food and Food Supplements compliance; managing supplier quality, deviations and CAPAs; supporting complaints, recalls and traceability processes; preparing for and following up on audits; maintaining and further developing our Quality Management Systems; monitoring packaging and environmental compliance, including EPR and WEEE; working closely with external Quality and Regulatory specialists. External experts will remain available for specialist topics. You will make sure internally that information is provided, actions are followed up, deadlines are met and dossiers are closed. ISO 22000 & Medical Devices Vital20 is further developing its ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. You will play an active role in this process and gradually take internal ownership of areas including HACCP, procedures, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, traceability and management review. Through Swiss Point of Care, we are also active in Medical Devices and IVD and work with ISO 13485. You do not need to be a Medical Device specialist from day one. However, we expect you to be willing to develop your knowledge of ISO 13485, IVDR and our responsibilities as importer and distributor. Involved from the start Quality is not only involved once a package is ready for print. Where relevant, you will be involved early in product development and review areas such as specifications, ingredients, claims, mandatory information, labels and packaging. One Important Principle Is No Quality approval = No print. At the same time, we are not looking for someone whose role is simply to say no. We want someone who identifies the issue, understands the requirements and then provides practical options and a clear recommendation. Who are we looking for? You preferably have several years of relevant experience within areas such as: Food; Food Supplements; Private Label; FMCG; Retail Quality; Consumer Healthcare. In Addition, You work accurately and in a structured way; are hands-on and independent; are strong in follow-up and deadline management; take ownership of dossiers and make sure actions are completed; are comfortable dealing with suppliers and external specialists; are pragmatic and solution-oriented; can manage multiple products and dossiers at the same time; are willing to learn new regulatory areas; have professional proficiency in both Dutch and English. Experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, product registrations, supplier quality, audits, food supplements or CAPA is a strong advantage. Experience with Medical Devices, ISO 13485 or IVDR is welcome, but not required What do we offer? A broad Quality & Regulatory role with significant personal responsibility. Core Responsibilities

Own and maintain product and supplier documentation, regulatory compliance, registrations, quality systems, audits, and follow-up of deviations and corrective actions. Coordinate with suppliers, external specialists, and internal teams to ensure products and processes meet requirements across food, supplements, and medical devices.

Requirements

Several years of relevant Quality or Regulatory experience, preferably in food, food supplements, private label, FMCG, retail quality, or consumer healthcare, are preferred. Candidates should be accurate, structured, hands-on, independent, pragmatic, strong in follow-up and deadline management, and professionally proficient in Dutch and English; experience with ISO 22000, HACCP, registrations, supplier quality, audits, or CAPA is an advantage.
