About the Job As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for efficiently planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistical processes within the organization. The focus is on managing inbound and outbound goods flows, monitoring delivery timelines, and enhancing operational efficiency across the supply chain. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate and plan inbound and outbound transportation Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation Develop and maintain logistics planning schedules Manage and align activities with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor delivery timelines, performance Identify, analyze, and resolve logistical bottlenecks Initiate and implement process improvements and cost optimizations Ensure accurate and timely administrative processing in ERP systems Handle invoicing based on executed activities and contractual agreements Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Support the commercial/sales department with logistics-related matters Education & Experience MBO+/HBO (vocational/university of applied sciences) level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a logistics role Demonstrable knowledge of logistics processes and systems (ERP) Strong organizational and planning skills Good communication skills and ability to perform under pressure Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written Why Join Us Competitive salary and benefits Flexible working options and generous annual leave Global travel and career development opportunities A supportive team and cutting-edge technology Application Process Sound like the ideal environment for you?Don't delay, apply now to shape your career at Trelleborg. Core Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, documentation, schedules, and activities with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor delivery performance, resolve logistical bottlenecks, improve processes and costs, maintain accurate ERP administration and invoicing, and support compliance and sales-related logistics needs.

Requirements

The role requires MBO+/HBO-level working and thinking, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, and 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience. Candidates should know logistics processes and ERP systems, have strong planning, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and be proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English.
