Senior SAP Transformation Lead – Finance/Supply Chain/Commerce Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid ​ At Blue Rabbit, we help customers accelerate their digital transformation journey, increase organizational agility and innovate at scale by leveraging European, sovereign technology solutions. Our no-nonsense, pragmatic and independent approach, as well as our distinct choice of technology partners (EU first, sovereign first) are our company DNA. ​ As a Senior SAP Transformation Lead, you will lead clients through SAP-centric transformations, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce. You will shape their future operating model, define clear roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes (cost savings, agility, compliance). You will collaborate with our network of EU-based technology partners to ensure seamless integration and migration to S/4HANA. ​ Contact us if you: Have a proven track record in delivering high-value outcomes (e.g., ERP implementations, SAP modernization) and experience leading SAP-centric business transformations. Core Responsibilities

Lead SAP-centric client transformations focused on Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce, shaping future operating models and defining roadmaps. Coordinate with European technology partners on integration and S/4HANA migration, delivering measurable outcomes such as cost savings, agility, and compliance.

Requirements

Candidates should have a proven record delivering high-value outcomes through ERP implementations, SAP modernization, or other SAP-centric business transformations. They should understand end-to-end business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and Finance, and be willing to challenge the status quo while focusing on practical results.
