About the Role Are you a design student or budding creative looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth lifestyle and hospitality brand? We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will help shape the visual world of Sojubar across print, digital, and social media. You’ll be working on everything from eye-catching restaurant menus and promotional print assets to event visuals. If you have an eye for typography, a passion for contemporary street culture, and love creating visual stories, this role is for you! What You Will Do Brand & Print Assets: Design physical print materials for our locations across Europe, including menu updates, promotional window stickers, sidewalk banners, merchandise tags, and event assets. Digital & Social Visuals: Create engaging social media graphics, campaign banners, and digital marketing assets that align with our brand identity. Collaborative Brainstorming: Work closely with the marketing and design team to brainstorm fresh campaign concepts, merch drops, and seasonal promotions. Asset Management: Assist in organizing, resizing, and preparing production-ready files for local branch managers, print vendors, and web developers. Who You Are Student Background: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field. Design Toolkit: Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Familiarity with Figma is a plus. Content & Motion Skills: Basic-to-intermediate skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) and an eye for photography. Visual Taste: A strong sense of typography, layout, color harmony, and a keen eye for streetwear/urban aesthetics and current social media trends. Proactive & Independent: Hands-on mindset with good attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple small projects in a fast-moving environment. Language: Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!). Core Responsibilities

Create print materials for restaurant locations, including menus, promotional assets, merchandise tags, and event visuals, as well as social media graphics and digital marketing assets. Requirements

Applicants should be pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills, an eye for photography and contemporary streetwear aesthetics, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and fluent English are expected; Figma familiarity and Dutch are advantages.
