Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage quality control across various operational sites, including sorting centers, transfer hubs, carrier facilities, and handoff points. Monitor operational performance across warehouses, sorting centers, and carrier partners to ensure efficient and timely execution. Serve as the key operational bridge between internal teams and suppliers to support daily operations, resolve issues, and improve service quality. Track and analyze logistics data, operational KPIs, and performance metrics using Excel to identify trends and support process improvements. Assist in inventory management, shipment tracking, and exception handling to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Job Requirements: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Chinese and English and German.

Core Responsibilities

Analyze logistics data and KPIs in Excel, and support inventory management, shipment tracking, and exception handling.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting are required; experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain management is preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be effective in a fast-paced environment, and be fluent in Chinese, English, and German.
