Company Description Eucon Shipping & Transport Ltd. are Irelands largest indigenous short sea shipping line specialising in the lift-on lift off sector operating with a container fleet of over 4,500 pieces of kit, utilising 13 vessels (between own and slot charters) operating between Rotterdam, Antwerp, and all major Irish Ports. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in our Rotterdam office. The Dutch commercial team is a dynamic team with a strong reputation for growth of our existing client base and development of new business opportunities. Key Responsibilties Act as key account point of contact for a portfolio of Eucon clients. Develop and grow the volumes associated to the portfolio. Grow the bottom-line margins associated to the portfolio. Find new business opportunities to add to your portfolio. Take appropriate actions within reason to maintain client satisfaction. Assist other members of the Eucon Sales Team in developing their accounts. Prepare regular performance briefings on client activities under your remit. Maintain the commercial administration of your accounts in our operating systems. Ensure accurate billing and fast response time to accounts queries. Research market for latest developments and share findings with the NL / IE / NIE Commercial team. Assist the Commercial Team with fast response time to rate requests. Work closely with our Customer Services Team to ensure they are aware of client expectations. Adapt to changing marketing circumstances. Assist as otherwise directed. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building in a B2B environment. Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex service offerings clearly and professionally. Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines. Collaborative working style and the ability to coordinate effectively with operational and customer service teams. Relevant experience in sales within shipping, logistics, or related sectors is desirable. Formal education in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline is an advantage. Requirements

Candidates should have strong B2B sales and account management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building, along with clear communication and presentation abilities. Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills are expected; relevant shipping or logistics experience and formal education in business, logistics, or supply chain are advantageous, as is fluency in English.
