As a Nutrition Substantiation Intern, you will aid in the creation of a comprehensive evidence directory of communications within the Specialized Nutrition portfolio. You will map, evaluate, and structure scientific evidence supporting nutrition and health claims. As a Nutrition Substantiation Intern, you will aid in the creation of a comprehensive evidence directory of communications within the Specialized Nutrition portfolio. You will map, evaluate, and structure scientific evidence supporting nutrition and health claims, creating a repository that improves knowledge accessibility, strengthens claim substantiation, and supports future innovation, regulatory, and scientific communication activities. In addition, you will support the translation of complex scientific information into accurate, engaging, and audience-focused communications for healthcare professionals across multiple platforms. During this internship, you will gain experience in nutrition substantiation, evidence management, scientific communication, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Nutrition, Medical, Regulatory, and R&D functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and pragmatic skills in a research and development environment. This full-time internship will run for 6 months, starting in January 2027. What we ask: Currently pursuing the final year of a relevant MSc degree in Nutrition, Health, Food, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline. Experience conducting literature reviews; • Ability to critically assess scientific publications; Affinity with scientific writing and evidence-based communication; • Skillful communicator within R&D and towards colleagues, in English language, both oral and written; Highly independent and organized, with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex scientific information into clear, actionable insights and structured overviews; Starting from January 2027 and be at least 2 days in the office. 4-6 months available 32-40 hours per week What we offer: We offer an interesting and challenging internship position, providing you the opportunity to develop yourself in your work field; You can count on sufficient professional supervision; Internship compensation of €600 on fulltime base. The team: Generates and translates scientific insights on dairy nutrition and health• Supports product development with evidence-based nutritional expertise Enables substantiation nutritional claims and communication for customers and consumers Engages with external scientific networks and stakeholdersThe team operates globally, collaborating closely with R&D, Marketing, Medical & Regulatory, and commercial teams.

Requirements
Applicants must be in the final year of a relevant MSc program, such as Nutrition, Health, Food, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or Biotechnology, and have experience conducting literature reviews and critically assessing scientific publications. Strong scientific writing, English communication, analytical and organizational skills, independence, and availability from January 2027 for 4–6 months at 32–40 hours per week are requested.
