Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay in Newport, UK is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager Resistors - North Europe (m/w/d). Job Location: Netherlands - Remote Key Role and Responsibilities: Working closely with European Sales and FAE team, understand customer requirements and propose the right product offering from Vishay’s Resistors portfolio. Supported by an international team of technical experts, design-in custom products when necessary Organize technical training and workshops to grow Vishay awareness in European market Spread product strategy within European Distribution network Analyze the market trends and feedback internally Your Skills and Experience: Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics and Mechatronics Working experience of min. 3 years in a technical environment Fluent in English Understanding electronic circuits in Automotive or Industrial applications High communication and presentation skills Structure and analytical skills Willingness to travel within Europe and work in an international team We offer: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Core Responsibilities
Work with European sales and field application engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend resistor products, and coordinate custom product design with technical experts. Deliver technical training and workshops, communicate product strategy to distributors, and analyze market trends and feedback.
Requirements
A master's degree in engineering, preferably electronics or mechatronics, and at least three years of experience in a technical environment are requested. Candidates should be fluent in English, understand electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications, have strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, and be willing to travel within Europe.
