Fulltime · Amsterdam · In-office · €2,800–€3,400 gross/month, depending on experience Be the face of Q’s Cards in Amsterdam. Take ownership of the store’s day-to-day running and help collectors find their next favourite card. Based in the Netherlands, Q’s Cards is a rapidly growing company specializing in sports trading cards. We cater to both B2C and B2B markets, offering a wide range of products from basketball and soccer to football and baseball cards. With physical stores in Amersfoort and Amsterdam, alongside our growing online business, we are building one of the leading sports card communities in Europe. What you’ll do Welcome customers, recommend products and handle purchases and payments. Keep displays, showcases and the store clean, organised and inviting. Stay up to date on trading card releases, products and trends. Manage in-store inventory and logistics, keeping stock levels accurate. What you’ll bring 1–3+ years of relevant retail or sales experience. Strong communication and organisation skills, with a customer-first mindset. Confidence working independently and managing the store on your own. An energetic, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency; Dutch and a passion for sports cards are a plus. Work in our Amsterdam store, with the opportunity to take responsibility and help shape a growing business. Requirements

Candidates should have 1–3 or more years of relevant retail or sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. They should be confident running the store independently and proactive in a fast-paced environment; English proficiency is required, while Dutch and an interest in sports cards are advantages.
