We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner C&B to join our team in Dordrecht. In this role, you will combine strategic HR business partnering with specialist expertise in Compensation & Benefits, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while helping shape and strengthen our people and reward practices. This role is Based in Dordrecht. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics; Provide expert advice to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters; Manage and coordinate international mobility cases together with the Global Mobility & Tax Manager; Coordinating the annual performance & salary review cycle; Creating and implementation of new policy’s; Drafting consent requests and consultation requests for the Works Council (OR); Implement job grading framework; Responsible for employee insurance policies and reviewing them together with our broker; Conducting compensation benchmarking & harmonising salary scales; Advising HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and other colleagues on compensation and employment conditions; Provide expert advice to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters; Monitor external market developments and translate insights into recommendations for the business; Support international reward practices and offshore compensation arrangements where applicable; Develop meaningful reward analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making; Drive process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of reward and HR operations; Ensure compliance with relevant employment, tax and pension legislation. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline. Several years of experience in an HR Business Partner and/or Compensation & Benefits role. Strong knowledge of Dutch labour legislation, compensation principles, benefits administration and payroll processes. Experience within an international, technical, offshore, maritime or project-driven environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with HR data and reward analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset combined with sound judgement and a practical approach. Core Responsibilities

Develop reward policies and analytics, benchmark and harmonize compensation, improve HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment, tax, and pension legislation.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, along with several years of experience in an HR Business Partner and/or Compensation & Benefits role. Candidates should have strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation, compensation, benefits administration, and payroll, as well as analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Dutch and English proficiency is required.
