Job Description We are looking for an IT Intern to support our internal IT operations, mainly focused on on-site hardware setup and daily IT support. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in IT support and office systems. Key Responsibilities Preparing and delivering laptops, desktops, and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.) to employees Setting up new employee devices (basic configuration, user accounts, software installation) Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes (device handover, collection, basic checks) Providing first-level IT support for office employees (basic troubleshooting) Supporting printer, network, and office IT equipment issues Keeping track of IT inventory (devices, accessories, asset lists) Escalating technical issues to the IT team when needed Supporting the IT team with daily operational tasks Requirements Student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems Familiarity with hardware setup and basic IT troubleshooting Willingness to work on-site and provide hands-on support Good communication skills and a helpful attitude Organized and detail-oriented Nice to Have Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Basic understanding of networks and printers Previous internship or part-time experience in IT support
Core Responsibilities
Prepare, configure, deliver, and collect employee computers and peripherals, and provide first-level troubleshooting for office IT equipment. Maintain IT inventory, support onboarding and offboarding, escalate technical issues, and assist the IT team with daily operations.
Requirements
The role is intended for a student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS and familiarity with hardware setup and troubleshooting. Candidates should be willing to provide on-site support and have good communication, a helpful attitude, and strong organizational skills.
