Job Description The Automated Production Systems Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining highly automated manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient production processes. This role involves troubleshooting, data documentation, and contributing to ongoing process improvements within a GMP-regulated setting. Responsibilities Operate and oversee automated production machinery following standard operating procedures and GMP guidelines Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment issues promptly Adjust mechanical and process parameters to maximize machine performance Collect, verify, and document production data in SAP and MES systems Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate and timely GMP batch records and logs Participate in problem-solving meetings with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams (triage) Set up and shut down equipment properly Perform routine cleaning activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Identify opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies Ensure effective shift handovers and team communication Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized working environment Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a production role, preferably in assembly and packaging Proven experience operating automated manufacturing equipment Fluent in English Comfortable working within strict procedures and structured environments Willing to commute and work in shifts Ability to participate in triage meetings involving QA, M&E, and Production teams Skilled in GMP-compliant documentation Other Information If you are interested and want to apply, please submit your application via the apply button below and contact me.

Requirements

Requires at least three years of production experience, preferably in assembly or packaging, and proven experience operating automated manufacturing equipment. Candidates must be fluent in English, comfortable following strict procedures, able to work shifts and commute, and skilled in GMP-compliant documentation and cross-functional triage meetings.
