Do you love the pace of retail, and are you the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks? As our Sales Support Coordinator Retail, you're the operational backbone behind our key retail accounts across Europe. You keep orders, product data, forecasts and promotions running smoothly, so our Key Account Managers can focus on growing the business. What You'll Do You report to our Regional Sales Director and work closely with the Key Account Managers in the retail team. You'll support an international sales team covering the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, Germany, France and beyond, so no two days are the same. Day to day, you'll also work with marketing, supply chain and finance. Keep our key accounts running smoothly Prepare, check and process quotes, orders and contracts for our retail partners. Manage item and price data in our internal systems and retailer portals, so product information is always accurate and up to date. Keep track of deadlines and follow up on open actions with internal teams and customers. Turn data into action Analyse sales and sell-out figures, and build clear reports for the sales team and management. Spot trends and opportunities in the data, and suggest concrete actions to the account team. Update our logistics forecasts and flag changes to supply chain on time, so shelves stay stocked. Bring campaigns to life Support promotions and retail campaigns, from planning to execution, together with marketing and supply chain. Coordinate samples and materials for customers, trade fairs and sales presentations. Make us better every day Help improve and simplify our sales processes as we scale. What success looks like after 6 months: you know our key accounts and systems inside out, orders and product data run without errors, and the account team relies on your reports to make decisions. A salary of €2.400 – €3.200 gross per month, depending on experience, plus holiday allowance. Who You Are You have a bachelor's degree, for example in business, commercial economics or supply chain. You have 0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service or a similar role. A traineeship or internship at an FMCG or retail company is a big plus. You're organised and precise: you keep the overview, set priorities and catch errors before others do. You think commercially and look for solutions, not problems. You're comfortable with numbers and strong in Excel (pivot tables, lookups). Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. You communicate clearly and warmly, by phone, email and in person. You speak and write Dutch and English fluently. You enjoy teamwork and switch easily between sales, marketing and supply chain. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate quotes, orders, contracts, product and pricing data, deadlines, and follow-ups for key retail accounts. Analyze sales data, prepare reports and forecasts, support promotions and customer materials, and improve sales processes in collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role are sought; FMCG or retail internship experience is a plus. Candidates should be organized, commercially minded, confident with numbers and Excel, communicate clearly, work well across teams, and speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
