As our IT Support Intern, you’ll be the Swiss Army Knife of our tech team, ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. You’ll help us keep our systems up and running smoothly and ensure that everyone has the tools they need to succeed. And, you’ll be doing it all in a fun, supportive, and collaborative work environment that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Sounds awesome, right? 😎 The Roles You’d Take On Doctor: Install and maintain computer systems; Firefighter: Put out the fires of internet and connectivity issues; Genie: Grant wishes by providing printing and meeting room equipment support; Therapist: Meet with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed; Librarian: Help maintain the team’s knowledge base and documentation on Confluence & Intranet; Fairy godparent: Ensure that every new hire has all the equipment and access they need to succeed; Gatekeeper: Manage user accounts, access privileges and secure our environment; Detective: Determine causes of malfunctions through evaluation, testing, and resolution; Teacher: Train staff on software and hardware use; Wizard: Help make the daily issues/tickets coming in, disappear; Sheriff: Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with security protocols. The gear you need Studying an IT-related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development; Currently living in Amsterdam or the surrounding areas to work at our HQ; Available for 6 months, starting ASAP; Ready to work full-time (40 hours per week); Independent, organized, and good communicator; Proactive and hands-on mentality; Fluent in English. Core Responsibilities

Install and maintain computer systems, troubleshoot connectivity and technical issues, support printing and meeting room equipment, and resolve incoming IT tickets. Manage user accounts and access, maintain documentation, equip new hires, train staff, and help enforce IT policies and security protocols.

Requirements

Applicants must be studying an IT-related field and remain enrolled at a Dutch university throughout the internship. They must be based in Amsterdam or nearby, available for a six-month full-time internship starting as soon as possible, fluent in English, and independent, organized, communicative, proactive, and hands-on.
