Role description: We’re looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Finland. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Norway (11/3 rotations) Duties Daily on-site presence overseeing CSA activities throughout construction and handover phases Review and approval of ITPs, check-sheets, etc. Benchmarking workmanship standards Verifying ongoing works against benchmarks, ensuring compliance with established workmanship standards Developing QA/QC checklists and converting to BIM format for use with individual assets Verifying ongoing works against benchmarks, ensuring compliance with established workmanship standards Ensuring contractors comply with their ITPs and complete QC checklists within BIM 360 Confirming adherence to project specifications, IFC drawings, codes and standards Identifying discrepancies, overseeing, monitoring and expediting resolution of issues arising Verifying calibration status of monitoring and measuring equipment Monitor the progressive generation of red line drawings and as-built records Review and report on the accuracy of red-line and as built records Escalating potential quality issues to PMC Quality Manager, as required for resolution Providing guidance and input to SPCs in pursuit of continual improvement Assisting with start-up and commissioning protocols, witnessing the commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, piping, critical cooling, fire protection, etc) Sign-off of completed construction works and checks before energisation Identifying lessons learned and promoting continual improvement of operations Skills CSA works inspection of data centres or other mission-critical environments Large-scale projects, data centres preferred Proficient in the interpretation and application of design information Strong understanding of local regulations and project management principles Strong IT ability (BIM 360 & Google suite) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively, prioritise and solve problems Detail-focussed Team player with good interpersonal skills Qualifications & Experience: First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You are a technically capable and come to us with: BSc/BEng Civil Engineering preferred / BTech Level or related field Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments Why Arcadis? Core Responsibilities

Oversee on-site quality activities for CSA construction through handover, including reviewing inspection plans and checklists, verifying work against project requirements, and ensuring contractors complete quality records in BIM 360. Monitor as-built documentation, resolve and escalate quality issues, support commissioning and energisation checks, and promote lessons learned and continual improvement.

Requirements

Candidates should have extensive quality management experience on major construction projects, with data centre or technology project experience preferred, and experience in consultancy, contractor, or client-side environments. A civil engineering degree or related qualification is preferred, alongside strong design interpretation, regulatory knowledge, IT skills, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.
