For our production site in Rozenburg, we are seeking Process Operators who will play a key role in ensuring our plant runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our installations perform optimally and that our customers can rely on a consistent supply of high-quality products. What you will do: As a Process Operator, you are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of our production facilities. You monitor the process from the control room while also performing tasks out in the plant. Your duties include: Operating, monitoring, and optimizing production facilities Monitoring the process from the control room (DCS) Conducting checks and inspection rounds in the plant Identifying, analyzing, and resolving process disruptions Securing equipment for maintenance and inspection work Performing quality checks and taking samples Recording and reporting process data and deviations Actively contributing to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement Collaborating with colleagues from Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering As a Process Operator at INVISTA, you are entrusted with significant responsibility. You are not only responsible for operating equipment but also play a key role in identifying risks, resolving process disruptions, and ensuring work is carried out safely. You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and are actively involved in improvement initiatives that contribute to the plant's safety, reliability, and performance. The combination of control room duties, plant-based work, and participation in improvement projects makes for a varied role that allows for broad professional development within the process industry. Core Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production facilities from the control room and in the plant, conduct inspections and quality checks, resolve process disruptions, and secure equipment for maintenance. Record process data and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Engineering to improve safety, reliability, and plant performance.

Requirements

Candidates should have MBO level 3 or 4 working and thinking ability, preferably in a technical field, along with an interest in process technology and production. A safety-conscious, responsible, and problem-solving approach is expected, as is the ability to work independently and with a team; process-industry experience is a plus but not required.
