About the Role: This role is part of the marketing team and is responsible for supporting the operations, planning, and execution that move Forward·Inc’s team to become a more well-known brand and maintain the ecosystem’s current connections. This includes being a very important moving part and connector, and being a blend of online and offline work. From marketing campaigns coordination and analytics, but also the human side, through Forward·Inc’s core community activities. About the Organisation: Forward·Inc is a Netherlands-based, internationally operating organisation devoted to helping newcomers pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions. We do this by empowering them to launch, grow, fund, and sustain their own businesses. Job Type: Internship Time period: Start date: October 26, 2026. Duration: 6 months. Language: English required. For non-EU nationals: you must have permission to work in the Netherlands or be enrolled at a university. EU nationals already living in the Netherlands, as we cannot support relocation efforts. Overview of the Role Forward·Inc is looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Intern to support the Marketing & Analytics lead on the MERC team. This is a fully hands-on, execution-oriented role. You'll turn campaign data into decisions and keep the systems the team relies on current and reliable. On the campaigns side, you'll support tracking, reporting, content coordination, and desk research. You'll pull numbers from Meta Ads, build weekly reporting from our tracking links, and log recruitment activity so the team can see what worked round over round. You won't be expected to know everything from day one, but you'll need to pick up new tools fast and work things out independently between check-ins. Responsibilities of the Role: Track and report on campaign performance, pulling numbers from Meta Ads and LinkedIn into dashboards, and keeping Monday.com boards and tracking systems consistently up to date Support the coordination of recruitment campaigns and events. For instance, sending invitations, preparing assets in Canva, updating program content on the website, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Conduct desk research to identify recruitment leads and potential partner organisations, and compile findings into structured briefing documents for the team Prepare partner-facing materials and draft communications to Forward·Inc's community, alumni, and partners — keeping outreach warm, clear, and on-brand Attend external events and act as a connector within our community — spotting opportunities between members and for Forward·Inc Must-have requirements: You are fluent in English. You have a finished BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or a related field. You are a good communicator who gains energy from networking and meeting people. You are tech-savvy, and can easily learn new tools like Monday.com, Meta Business Suite, Sheets/Excel, Canva, Framer, Slack You have a proactive, entrepreneurial, results-oriented attitude with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organisation; You are flexible and have a solution-focused mentality. Remuneration: We provide an internship compensation of 500 EUR for BSc graduates and 750 EUR for MSc graduates, based on 5 days per week. We fully cover travel and other work-related expenses. Location: Amsterdam or Rotterdam. We work 2 days a week at the office (Monday AMS & Thursday RTM) and 3 days remotely. You need to live within a one-hour travel distance of 1 of the office locations.
Core Responsibilities
Track and report campaign performance using Meta Ads, LinkedIn, dashboards, and tracking systems, while coordinating recruitment campaigns, events, and related content. Conduct research on recruitment leads and potential partners, prepare briefing and outreach materials, and represent Forward·Inc at external events as a community connector.
Requirements
Applicants must be fluent in English, hold a completed BSc or MSc in a relevant field, and be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands. They should be proactive, adaptable, tech-savvy, comfortable networking and collaborating, and able to take responsibility and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
