In order to strengthen Engaged Ownership Investment Team, we are looking for an: Senior Analyst / Portfolio Manager – Engaged Ownership With presence in Switzerland, the UK, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and the US, Lombard Odier Investment Managers has an international footprint. As a Senior Analyst / Portfolio Manager, based in Amsterdam, you will be an integral part of the tight-knit and high-performing Engaged Ownership investment team dedicated to long-term, engaged, and sustainability-focused public equity investing. You will play a leading role in idea generation, company research, portfolio management and company engagement activities, contributing directly to investment outcomes and the continued development of the strategy. YOUR ROLE Generating high-conviction investment ideas and conducting in-depth fundamental research on existing and prospective portfolio holdings Leading coverage of assigned companies and sectors, developing differentiated investment insights and recommendations Identifying key risks and opportunities across portfolio companies and investment universes Building, maintaining and enhancing detailed financial and operating models Contributing actively to portfolio construction, risk management and investment decision-making Preparing and presenting investment recommendations and company reviews to the investment team Leading engagements with senior executives, board members and other stakeholders of portfolio and target companies Contributing to and shaping the team's sustainability analysis, active ownership and engagement practices Representing the strategy internally and externally, including in client meetings and presentations Supporting the development of junior investment professionals and fostering a collaborative team culture YOUR PROFILE 10+ years of relevant experience in public equity investing Recent experience and demonstrated expertise in fundamental analysis and investing Affinity and ideally experience with a concentrated, long-term investment approach involving active engagement with portfolio companies Proven track record of generating differentiated and actionable investment ideas Creative investment thinker with strong intellectual curiosity Big-picture thinker with attention to detail Demonstrated strong judgement and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients and the management teams of portfolio companies Self-starter with positive energy and a genuine passion for investing Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player Strong academic background Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative investment team Fluency in English Our Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values. Core Responsibilities

Generate and research investment ideas, lead company and sector coverage, build financial models, and contribute to portfolio construction, risk management, and investment decisions. Lead company engagements and sustainability analysis, represent the strategy to clients and stakeholders, and support the development of junior colleagues.

Requirements

Requires 10 or more years of relevant public equity investing experience, strong fundamental analysis expertise, and a track record of differentiated investment ideas. Candidates should bring sound judgment, analytical and communication skills, a collaborative yet autonomous approach, a strong academic background, and fluency in English.
