As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences while developing your hospitality skills in a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch and dinner services Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and bar areas Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Passion for hospitality and guest service Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude Eager to learn and develop new skills Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage or customer service is an advantage Interest in restaurant and bar operations Dutch or additional language skills are a plus Ambition to develop a career within hospitality Your Benefits & Perks Tasty meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Career opportunities across our hotels and corporate teams throughout Europe Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines. Core Responsibilities

Support the Food and Beverage team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner by welcoming guests, taking orders, and helping prepare restaurant and bar areas. Follow service procedures and presentation standards while collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program, communicate well in English, and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands. A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality are required; prior hospitality or customer service experience and Dutch or other language skills are advantageous.
