As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a welcoming and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Support guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests from around the world Assist with guest enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards and systems Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming Front Office environment Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach Enjoy working as part of a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage Interest in Front Office operations and guest relations Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage Eagerness to develop operational knowledge within a hotel environment Your Benefits & Perks Tasty meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Career opportunities across our hotels and corporate teams throughout Europe Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines. Core Responsibilities

Support guests throughout their stay by providing a warm welcome, assisting with enquiries, and helping with check-in and check-out. Learn and follow hotel procedures and systems, collaborate with other departments, and help maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme, be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands, and have strong written and spoken English. A proactive, guest-focused, professional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced team are required; hospitality or customer service experience, PMS familiarity, Dutch, and other languages are advantageous.
