Role summary We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end product launches, variations, and ongoing lifecycle activities at site level. The role combines project management, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and operational discipline to ensure changes are implemented compliantly, on time, and with clear visibility across the organization. Key responsibilities Translate launch and lifecycle strategies into clear supply chain objectives, action plans, and timelines for assigned product groups. Own and maintain the end-to-end project plan, aligning inputs from regional and site stakeholders. Lead and manage the Change Control process to ensure launch and variation activities are delivered right first time and in line with internal procedures and guidance. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and drive adherence to agreed timelines; escalate risks and issues as needed. Facilitate Product Lifecycle Team meetings and lead project management meetings with relevant functions. Coordinate planning and implementation across key stakeholders including Quality, Regulatory, Production and Site Planning, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement. Provide status updates, reports, and metrics on launch execution, variation implementation, and site readiness. Identify opportunities lead improvement initiatives, embedding best practices across stakeholders. Support regional leads and senior stakeholders with project charters, workshops, and structured project delivery. Requirements Degree-level education (Bachelor’s or higher) or equivalent experience. Proven project management experience within supply chain, operations, or a related environment, in the biotech or pharma industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional work. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience preferred. Other information This is a hybrid position with one mandatory on-site day per week in Breda (Tuesdays). Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience, is required, along with proven project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a related environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required; biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
