As a Food and Beverage Operational Intern, you become part of the daily operation, delivering service on the floor while ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience. This hands-on role allows you to build strong operational skills across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events, while gaining insight into how exceptional service drives guest satisfaction. Core Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations, welcoming guests and helping them with menu choices and dietary requirements. Prepare and close service areas, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, coordinate with the kitchen and team, and support different outlets as business needs require.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study program, communicate well in spoken and written English, and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands. They should have a proactive, hands-on approach, a passion for food, drinks, and guest service, flexibility to learn, and availability for an internship of at least five months; prior hospitality experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and additional languages are advantageous.
