Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive full-stack IAM solutions by utilizing the combined power of Java and Python. Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging workflows, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality features. Maintain and scale our core identity architecture with Auth0 as the primary platform for authentication and authorization. Implement IDaaS solutions like Auth0, Okta, Microsoft, OneLogin, FusionAuth, and Ping. Oversee identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning and role-based access control. Ensure encryption and data protection standards are met, aligning with global regulations. Liaise with cross-functional teams to refine identity solutions that cater to business needs. Troubleshoot and solve identity-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and cooperation. Participate actively in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning and stand-ups. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in both Java and Python. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Forward-thinking approach to development, with a documented track record of leveraging AI-assisted coding tools like Claude to significantly boost engineering velocity and code quality. Deep technical expertise in architecting and managing Auth0 ecosystems, focusing on cloud-native IAM architecture and API-first design principles. Advanced understanding of the modern identity lifecycle, implementing secure-by-design practices to safeguard user data and streamline access management. Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and scale full-stack IAM solutions using Java and Python, with Auth0 as the primary authentication and authorization platform and other IDaaS providers as needed. Manage identity lifecycles and access controls, uphold encryption and data protection standards, troubleshoot issues, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Requires 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with strong Java and Python skills, plus a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates should have experience with AI-assisted coding tools, deep Auth0 and cloud-native IAM expertise, API-first design knowledge, identity lifecycle security, and modern cryptography and data protection.
