Your Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to hire Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and labour market approaches Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous recruitment improvements Your team You will join a small HR & Recruitment team within an international high-tech manufacturing organization. Requirements

Requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, strong Dutch and English, and experience managing multiple vacancies and sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels. Candidates should be able to independently manage full-cycle recruitment and demonstrate initiative, structured working habits, clear communication, adaptability, and confidence advising and challenging stakeholders.
