Watch our recruitment video to gain first-hand insight into the role, our culture, and the impact you can make at Merz: https://lnkd.in/p/ejrY7bCS The Following Responsibilities Are Waiting For You As Field Nurse / Medical Science Liaison, you will be responsible for developing, conducting and evaluating all internal and external medical and clinical training courses related to the Merz Aesthetics product portfolio (injectables and medical devices). You transfer your product knowledge to Health Care Professionals in Belgium. You do this, among other things, by going on visits (in close cooperation with the Sales Managers) and by participating in various events and workshops in Europe. This is therefore a position where you are on the road a lot (80% on the road and 20% from home/office). You will also be the first point of contact in your region for receiving, documenting and processing product complaints and adverse events in accordance with established procedures. You will also have some other administrative duties such as reviewing promotional materials (such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations) and conducting literature research. You don't have to do all this alone! You work closely with sales and the other Field Nurse / Medical Science Liaison in Belgium. You will report to the Head of Medical Affairs. Core Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and evaluate medical and clinical training on the company’s injectable and medical device portfolio for healthcare professionals in Belgium, including through visits, events, and workshops. Serve as the regional contact for product complaints and adverse events, and support promotional material reviews, literature research, and related administration.

Requirements

A nursing degree and relevant work experience are required, along with availability for 40 hours per week, residence in or near Flanders, and a valid driving licence. Candidates should speak English, French, and Dutch, have an affinity for or experience in the aesthetic sector, and demonstrate a confident, professional work attitude.
