Core Responsibilities
Welcome and farewell guests, assist with luggage and guest items, respond to requests, and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area. Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments while keeping the entrance and lobby welcoming and organized.
Requirements
Candidates should have a genuine interest in hospitality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly and service-minded attitude, and a good command of English. They should be comfortable handling luggage in a busy hotel and working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays; previous guest-facing experience is an advantage.
