We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, and system administration in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues through Jira, phone, email, and in-person support.
• Support end-users with software applications, including MS Office, Apple Devices, and internal tools.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the IT support ticketing system.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT assets, including inventory management.
• Support IT security initiatives, including system updates, antivirus checks, and user access management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud computing platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
