Wat ga je doen?
Als Allround Operator Packaging ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt laten verlopen van het verpakkingsproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van verpakkingsmachines
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en waar nodig bijsturen van het proces
- Uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de productielijn
- Aan- en afvoeren van materialen voor een optimale voortgang van het productieproces
- Registreren van materiaalverbruik en relevante productiedata
- Bijdragen aan verbeterinitiatieven binnen de afdeling
- Zorgdragen voor een goede ploegoverdracht naar collega’s
Wat breng jij mee?
Je bent technisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving. Daarnaast:
- Beschik je over een operatoropleiding op MBO 2-niveau, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO A
- Heb je affiniteit met techniek en geautomatiseerde productielijnen
- Ben je bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken

Core Responsibilities
The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and converting packaging machinery to ensure efficient production. They also perform quality checks, conduct maintenance, and manage material flow while maintaining accurate production data.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO 2-level operator qualification, such as VAPRO A, and a strong affinity for technical and automated production lines. The role requires a flexible team player who is willing to work in a 5-shift rotation schedule.
