Position Summary:
Carry out program evaluation activities for OT mentoring extension program, such as:
- create a survey for mentees and mentors run quantitative and qualitative analyses on survey data
- carry out a focus group (develop focus group questions) and conduct a thematic analysis on this data
- Assist in administrative duties such as editing, formatting documents, helping out at events as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
High level of English proficiency – written and oral
Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research – preferred
Strong communication and team work skills
Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.

Core Responsibilities
The research assistant will conduct program evaluation activities, including survey creation, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and focus group facilitation. Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support such as document editing, formatting, and event assistance.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate a high level of English proficiency. Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
