Voor een Nederlandse IT-dienstverlener zoeken wij een ondernemende Business Unit Director. Je krijgt de integrale verantwoordelijkheid voor een bedrijfsonderdeel waarin commercie en uitvoering samenkomen. De opdracht is om de resultaten te verbeteren, het dienstenaanbod verder te ontwikkelen en een sterk managementteam te bouwen. Je vertaalt de strategie naar duidelijke prioriteiten en bent zichtbaar voor klanten en medewerkers.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ruime managementervaring binnen IT-dienstverlening, met integrale P&L-verantwoordelijkheid.
- Kennis van cloud, softwareontwikkeling, applicaties of systeemintegratie.
- Aantoonbare resultaten in commerciële groei, margeverbetering en professionalisering.
- Ervaring met het leiden en ontwikkelen van een managementteam.
- Geloofwaardigheid als gesprekspartner voor grotere klanten op directieniveau.
- Het vermogen om richting te geven én de uitvoering dicht op de praktijk te volgen.
