Voor het End User Sales-team zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Account Manager. In deze rol werk je projectmatig en oplossingsgericht voor eindklanten in onder meer ziekenhuizen, universiteiten en gebouwen van de Rijksoverheid.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor project- en oplossingsgerichte verkoop. Daarbij combineer je software, besturingssystemen en hardwarecomponenten tot integrale oplossingen voor de klant. Je:

• Ontwikkelt en onderhoudt strategische relaties met nieuwe en bestaande eindklanten binnen de infrastructuursector
• Bouwt een sterk netwerk op C-level op en benut dit om de concepten en activiteiten van Schneider Electric verder uit te breiden
• Positioneert de volledige toegevoegde waarde en functionaliteit van Schneider Electric op strategisch niveau bij de eindklant
• Identificeert mogelijkheden voor up- en cross-selling binnen projecten en accounts
• Werkt nauw samen met een bidteam, bestaande uit bidmanagers en calculatoren van het Solution Center, om complexe projecten succesvol te realiseren

Je komt terecht in een jong, professioneel en gedreven team, waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan.

Jouw profiel

De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

• Een hbo- of wo-opleiding in bedrijfskunde, techniek, duurzaamheid, technologie of een verwant vakgebied
• Zeven tot tien jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële rol
• Ervaring binnen een multinational en inzicht in bijbehorende besluitvormingsprocessen
• Sterk strategisch denkvermogen en het vermogen dit te vertalen naar concrete resultaten
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met multidisciplinaire teams
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Inwerktraject en ontwikkeling

Bij Schneider Electric start je met een persoonlijk inwerktraject, afgestemd op jouw achtergrond, ervaring en ambities. Daarnaast wordt er een “buddy” aan je gekoppeld die je ondersteunt in je ontwikkeling en helpt om snel effectief te zijn in je rol.
