Key Responsibilities

• Expertly resolve inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, technical assistance, and after-sales services within the automotive sector.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications and brand standards to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction rates.
• Process service requests and documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel, upholding the professional reputation of these premium manufacturers.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.

• Intermediate English proficiency to engage in international team training and reporting.
