Role Description:
As a Partner & Industry Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead integrated marketing campaigns for Booking.com’s B2B partner audiences. You will connect business priorities and partner needs to clear strategies, compelling propositions and coordinated channel plans across paid, owned and earned channels. From defining the opportunity through to measuring impact, you will bring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that support brand, engagement and commercial objectives. This role is suited to someone who combines strategic and commercial thinking with strong campaign management and executional discipline.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Translate business priorities, partner needs and audience insights into clear campaign strategies, objectives and propositions.
Lead integrated campaigns from scoping and briefing through to planning, delivery, close-out and impact analysis.
Consolidate channel plans into a coherent approach across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring each channel has a clear role.
Develop and manage project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets and resources.
Coordinate creative, copy, media, channel, Marketing and external agency contributors to deliver joined-up campaigns on time and within budget.
Build stakeholder alignment, navigate governance and approval processes, and communicate decisions, progress, responsibilities and risks clearly.
Define meaningful brand, behavioural, engagement and commercial KPIs; use data and learnings to optimise campaigns and improve future ways of working.
Qualifications & Skills:
At least five years of experience in a relevant marketing role, ideally within a global organisation or international business.
Proven experience developing, delivering and evaluating integrated or multichannel marketing campaigns.
Experience leading complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, markets, channels or external partners.
Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to connect partner or audience needs to business outcomes.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, including managing priorities, timelines, budgets, dependencies and delivery details.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively with diverse and senior stakeholders.
Ability to use data and insights to make sound decisions, create clear strategies and actionable plans, and work independently in ambiguous or changing environments. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
