Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting initiative management and the governance of the Transformation cadence, ensuring the accuracy of performance metrics, readiness of executive materials, and effectiveness of official communications. You will participate in the identification, standardization, prioritization, and advancement of value-generating initiatives, developing solutions while ensuring strong governance and execution discipline.
The role operates at the tactical and operational level, managing the initiative tracking system and providing direct support to the Transformation Office and business leaders, ensuring alignment of priorities and the effective execution of governance routines.
You will also support capability building and participant engagement by promoting adoption of the Transformation methodology across different functions and business teams. Your work will contribute directly to the efficiency of the Transformation Program, strengthening governance, and providing visibility into initiative performance and value delivery.
In addition, you will act as the PMO for International Business Transformation initiatives within the Commercial, Logistics & Market Vice Presidency, coordinating and monitoring strategic initiatives across the United States, Europe, and Asia. The position requires extensive interaction with multiple business and corporate functions, ensuring execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and value realization across the international portfolio.
You will also support the Transformation Office leadership in the global value tracking process, consolidating initiative performance and value delivery across the Transformation portfolio.
Strong knowledge of transformation governance, PMO practices, portfolio management, and value tracking methodologies. Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives, monitor business impact, and provide executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making. Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate alignment, and drive execution across global teams. Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, effectively managing risks, dependencies, and performance metrics while ensuring adherence to governance standards and transformation best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Commercial, Business Development, Consulting, or related areas.
- Good knowledge of PMO, strategic initiatives, and business performance management.
Core Responsibilities
The Transformation Analyst supports initiative management, governance, and performance tracking within the Transformation Office. They act as a PMO for international business initiatives, coordinating strategic efforts across global regions to ensure execution excellence and value delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance. A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, or related areas is required, along with strong knowledge of PMO and business performance management.
