Voor een grote dienstverlener zoeken wij een Head of SME voor de Belgische markt. Je geeft leiding aan de commerciële organisatie voor het mkb en brengt meer focus en structuur aan in de verkoopaanpak. Je versterkt de samenwerking tussen binnen- en buitendienst, maakt resultaten beter meetbaar en helpt het team de stap te zetten naar oplossingsgerichte verkoop.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ruime ervaring in B2B-verkoop aan het mkb, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met veel klanten en korte verkooptrajecten.
- Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in het verbeteren van commerciële resultaten met heldere KPI’s en betrouwbare klantdata.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van binnen- en buitendienstteams.
- Het vermogen om werkwijzen te standaardiseren en teams mee te nemen in verandering.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; professioneel Engels.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B SME sales and a proven track record of improving commercial results using clear KPIs. You must be fluent in Dutch, French, and professional English, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and standardize work processes.
