Voor een grote dienstverlener zoeken wij een Head of SME voor de Nederlandse markt. Je geeft leiding aan de commerciële organisatie voor het mkb en brengt meer focus en structuur aan in de verkoopaanpak. Je verbindt binnen- en buitendienst tot één team, maakt resultaten beter meetbaar en helpt de organisatie de stap te zetten naar oplossingsgerichte verkoop.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ruime ervaring in B2B-verkoop aan het mkb, bij voorkeur in een omgeving met veel klanten en korte verkooptrajecten.
- Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in het verbeteren van commerciële resultaten met heldere KPI’s en betrouwbare klantdata.
- Ervaring met het samenbrengen en aansturen van binnen- en buitendienstteams.
- Het vermogen om werkwijzen te standaardiseren en teams mee te nemen in verandering.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en professioneel Engels.

Lead the commercial organization for the SME market by bringing focus and structure to the sales approach. Integrate internal and external sales teams while improving result measurability and transitioning to solution-oriented sales.
Requirements
Requires extensive experience in B2B sales to SMEs and a proven track record in improving commercial results using clear KPIs. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and professional English with experience in managing and aligning sales teams.
